Robomate

Robomate is a two-wheeled balancing robot built for real-world gaming. Play multiplayer scenarios, unlock achievements, and train your bot to win. Fully programmable, packed with sensors, and ready out of the box — this is not a toy. It’s your new teammate.

Manage everything at hq.rbmates.com: discover new games and updates, set up your robot, create and switch subprograms, write and upload music, tune control parameters, configure custom mappings, and drive your Robomate directly from the platform.

Controllers: No controller is included. You can control Robomate via the platform, but for the best experience we recommend a game controller. Robomate supports many popular options, including PlayStation, Xbox, and a wide range of Android/Bluetooth controllers.

Power & charging: The batteries don’t charge via USB. We use standard 18350 cells (not custom packs) so you can easily replace them, but 18350s vary by safe charging current—so we don’t hardwire charging inside the robot. For active play, we recommend keeping a spare set of charged batteries and swapping them between games, then charging everything afterwards using the charger.
